How to measure

Lay a tape measure flat against the relevant part of your body — or against a similar item that already fits you well — and compare it to the chart above.

Where it applies, measure both sides and use the larger measurement. Allow a little room for comfort.

Choose the size that matches your measurement in cm.

Between two sizes? We recommend choosing the larger size.

Let your feet move naturally

Let your feet move naturally

Stiff, narrow trainers hold your feet in one fixed shape all day. Groundix takes the opposite approach with a wide toe box and a sole that bends wherever your foot does. The result is a light, natural stride that feels close to barefoot.
Ultra-flexible from heel to toe

Ultra-flexible from heel to toe

The thin, grippy outsole flexes in every direction without losing traction. A zero-drop profile keeps your heel and forefoot level for balanced footing. You get clear ground feel on gym floors, pavements and tracks alike.

FAQ

Are Groundix trainers true to size?

Most people take their usual size. If you are between sizes, go up - the wide toe box works best with a little room.

Can I lift weights in them?

Yes. The flat, zero-drop sole gives stable, level footing for squats and deadlifts.

Do they work for running?

They suit treadmill sessions and shorter runs. If you are new to barefoot-style shoes, build up distance gradually.

How do I clean them?

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry. Avoid tumble drying, which can distort the sole.

Do they have arch support?

No - barefoot-style shoes are deliberately flat so your feet can move naturally. If you are used to cushioned trainers, ease in gradually.
