Order changes and cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@outdoorchoice.co.uk and include your order number. Orders can usually be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for dispatch.

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will issue a full refund. After this 24-hour period, your order may already have entered the fulfilment or shipping process, meaning cancellation may no longer be possible.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. You still have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. More information is available on our Statutory Right of Withdrawal page.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not suitable, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. Where possible, please return the product in its original packaging, together with any accessories, manuals, or documents included with the item.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@outdoorchoice.co.uk with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. Our team will then provide the next steps.

Return conditions

Change of mind: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Incorrect item received: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item received. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

Damaged or defective item on arrival: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide a photo or video showing the issue. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Manufacturing defects: Our products are covered against manufacturing defects in line with applicable statutory warranty rights. The statutory warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods. To make a warranty claim, please email us with your order number and a description of the defect.

Order not received: If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking page.

Refund processing

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds visible in your account.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@outdoorchoice.co.uk with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel back.
  3. Include the original invoice or a note with your name, email address, and order number inside the parcel.
  4. Send the return to: SAAI RETAIL OÜ, Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia.
  5. Use a tracked shipping method and keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Important: For returns of non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
